About the role

We have a number of exciting opportunities for you to join us as a Trainee Sales Executive on a year long programme during which you would complete a Level 2 NVQ qualification in Customer Service. This along with a number of internal technical and sales training courses involving travel amongst various Lookers sites will fully equip you to begin a long successful career within Lookers.
You will receive a salary in year 1 of £25,000 along with a company car. Upon qualifying in year 2 you will go onto our standard Sales Executive pay plan and join our excellent commission structure where your realistic OTE will be around £40k (uncapped).
Our Vehicle sales team really is at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered to every customer that visits our centre. Lookers Car Sales Executives support and guide each customer throughout the buying process. It's a fast paced, busy role and you will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the centre, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.
