You’ll be an outgoing individual who can strike up relationships with customers instantly. Importantly, you will have the ability to listen, understand what a customer needs, and with the extensive product knowledge that you will have been trained on, you will be able to assist customers in their next choice of vehicle. You will also have the confidence to take your customer for a test drive, not just around the block, but really demonstrates the functions of the car, from the onboard computer to the seamless connectivity to phone etc. You’ll be looking for a challenge, and the opportunity for your efforts and skills to be rewarded, not only financially but also with the opportunity to advance your career, within a volume franchised main dealership.
At least a year’s experience selling retail face to face
A strong background in a technical sell, such as phones etc
A proven focus on CSI
A strong communicator
An excellent customer friendly manner
A full clean UK driving license
