As a Tender Coordinator with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to work within the European fleet tender team of a leading automotive manufacturer based in Warley, Essex.
The European Fleet Tender Coordinator position will require an automotive professional with a passion for fleet. The main purpose of the role is to coordinate information from various departments within our client for vehicle sales tenders across Europe. The Fleet Tender Coordinator will also be responsible for processing bonus claims.
About the role:
Day to day you will be responsible for gathering and consolidating information from Account Managers and relevant depts. such as internal pricing, warranty and maintenance, environment and CO2, safety etc. to put tenders together.
Receive tender and request for proposals from Account Managers, sales centres and leasing companies across Europe Product pricing and specification analysis
Prepare framework agreement documents
Create presentations for the use of Account Managers and tender responses
Maintain the Global customer database
Manage and maintain the library of proposal responses
Maintain tender tracker and bonus tracker
Coordinate agreement signature and retention
Ensure all agreements with bonus claims are reconciled in line with fleet agreements
Liaise with customers, account managers, markets and finance with regards to processing bonus claims to the point of payment
Coordinating retrieval of data from customers and market validation
Assist in the production of reports for the Fleet and Rental Manager
Competencies and Skills Required:
Good understanding and demonstrable knowledge of tender processes
Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Flawless execution of tasks, right first time experience having worked with a high performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
Finance and numeracy skills
Ability to handle large amounts of data
Ability to interpret data from various sources and produce reports
Prioritise work on several tasks and meet tight deadlines
Working Pattern and Location:
Full time (Monday – Friday)
Based in Warley but moving to Dunton during 2019
