Background

The way consumers are buying vehicles in the UK is changing drastically. We are working with one of the fastest growing online automotive businesses in the UK, which is completely disrupting the industry.

They’re a real success story and have achieved as much as 50% YOY growth over the last 3 years.

With industry experts heading up the business, they have just invested millions in marketing their new product offering and as a result the business is expanding.

Due to customer demand, an exciting new role has been created to come into this business and manager all their key partners to help them continue to deliver first class customer service, so they are looking for a strong supplier manager to join their journey.

Opportunity

  • Supplier Manager- Automotive Disrupter
  • £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
  • Annual Bonus
  • Pension

This fast paced, online automotive business has a great reputation for providing fantastic customer service and they want to continue strengthening that reputation. Having now doubled their supply demand and halved their service delivery time, they need a supplier manager who is data focused and understands the operation that takes place in a dealership to manage their dealer partners to continue to deliver their first-class service.

With a large supplier list, you will need to make sure you are using the best dealers that are providing a great customer experience to your customers. They will adhere to SLA’s and KPI’s you have set and you will conduct quarterly reviews to make sure they are performing to your standard. All the while, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with your partners and work together to deliver your mutual goal.

You

To join this high growth business that are renowned for their company culture and entrepreneurial approach, you will:

  • Have a background in the automotive industry.
  • Must have worked in/with/managed a dealership or dealer group
