Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit a SMART Repair Technician
Small, Medium Area Repair Technician

As a SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out small/medium body repairs on vehicles.

No experience in SMART repair? No problem! Our client is happy to invest time and money to teach you everything you need to know.

Main duties will include:

• Painting and finishing
• Maintain workmanship standards and product quality to the highest levels
• Be responsible for all aspects of paint process including mixing paints, surface preparation, maintenance of equipment and spray booth
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Preparing surfaces for painting by meticulously cleaning, buffing, polishing and masking the areas that should not be painted

Required Skills:

• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator

About You:
Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is preferred but NOT essential as full training will be provided
They're looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Occasional Saturdays (O/time)

Salary:
£30k basic
£35k++ OTE with uncapped bonus and overtime
