Service Team Leader required in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

£24,000 - £26,000 Basic DOE + Bonuses £32,000 OTE

Monday - Friday + Saturdays on rota

Our client, a large car main dealership is currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Senior Service Advisor / service team leader to join their busy professional aftersales team.

Requirements:

Motor trade experience as a senior service advisor / Service Team Leader

Excellent customer communication skills (face to face and telephone)

A genuine passion to deliver customer satisfaction

Ability to motivate and coach a team of service advisors

Motor Trade DMS experience - Kerridge, 1link

Excellent organisation and time management

About the role;

Managing a team of service advisors

Assisting in Service department budgets and forecasts

A stable career history

A full UK driving licence
