Service Reception Manager - Greater Manchester

Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the UK, has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Service Reception Manager;

Seeking an exceptional individual to lead, support, coach their Service Advisors and ensure all service guests have an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

It is likely that you will be in an existing Service Manager or Service Reception Manager who is looking for a new and different challenge in the World's Largest Audi Centre. Customer engagement and leading by example is paramount for the role, responsibilities range from running the drive-in reception and customer lounge, coaching the team for best advice calls, working with the manufacturer customer care team and managing the courtesy car fleet of vehicles.

In charge of Service Advisors, Bookings Team, Drive in Service, Valetors, Drivers. Improve Customer Experience

This opportunity would be a good step for a Senior Service Advisor, or customer focused Service Manager looking to work for a FANTASTIC employer

Currently running with an Aftersales Manager and a Service Manager who will manage the workshop and technical side

This opportunity will be everything front of house and customer related

Salary: - £32k basic - £44k OTE

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm

Saturdays morning 1 in 3

You must familiar with all aspects of the day to day process of the Service Department, possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills and have a resilient, mature attitude in a department that consistently demands the use of initiative.
