You will already have experienced the cut and thrust of managing a busy Service Team within a main dealership. You will have a proven background in managing a team and delivering on financials. You will have an understanding of face to face customer service, and the importance of delivering vehicles back to customers within agreed timeframes. You will be unflappable; you will be a good communicator in both writing and verbally, even under pressure.
Previous experience as a Service Manager within a main franchised dealership is essential
Proven record of delivering on financials
A good knowledge of Kerridge
A proven focus on CSI
A full and valid UK driving license
A strong communicator
An excellent customer friendly manner
About the dealership:
This volume franchised main dealership has an incredible customer base countywide, and consequently is extremely busy. The highly motivated service team is close-knit and has become extremely efficient under strong leadership meeting CSI and profit targets. You will be managing a team of 12 Technicians and a Workshop Controller, and have the support of 3 Service Advisors and an Admin Team
£35-40,000 (OTE £60,000)
