Due to the continued growth of the Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo Division an exciting new position has been created for a high calibre, ambitious individual to join our team who will be responsible for developing our profitability in Aftersales. Over recent years the Jaguar Land Rover Division has more than doubled in size and we see this as a great opportunity to dramatically move Aftersales forward in 2018.
In our efforts to continue growing alongside the ever increasing vehicle parc and to meet our ambition to grow labour hours by 20% year on year, we now need to bolster the Divisional team by recruiting a highly motivated and self-driven individual to help maximise the opportunity with the 6 retailers based in the Midlands.
Working closely with the Divisional Aftersales Manager you will need to forge strong operational relationships with our Aftersales management teams; the main area of focus will include developing key processes to increase our financial performance and a top quartile customer satisfaction performance throughout the division. The successful candidate will have strong Aftersales experience of effectively managing, coaching and developing teams to ensure that performance and standards are at the highest level whilst having a strong focus on staff retention and succession planning. You will already have achieved exceptional performance in your current role and will now be ready for the next important and challenging step on your career path.
As the role is field-based you should also enjoy travelling and the variety of working in those dealerships that fall within the Midlands area.
