About the role

Our Ford Business Development Centre based in Chelmsford is leading the way within the automotive industry. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Service Booking Advisor's to become part of our friendly and successful team.

The Role:

In this role you will provide support and assistance as part of our Aftersales Team, booking our customers in for services and suggesting suitable aftercare products or services. You will be responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs and pro-actively contacting existing customers in relation to their vehicles maintenance schedule.

In addition to this you will be constantly developing your knowledge of the motor industry, upselling additional products and services through training courses and ensuring that all bookings and appointments are managed efficiently and meet set manufacturer criteria. Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary

What we're looking for:

You will have previous experience in customer service or sales industry and have a positive energy and a passion to deliver a first-class customer experience to represent out fantastic brand.

You will require a professional telephone manner, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a thorough approach to work with a focus on detail and accuracy

Competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of 22K
