We are currently looking for a Service Advisor, who is a positive and motivated individual to join our talented team at Tollbar Volvo Warwick, part of the Sytner Group.
Experience in this role or similar within the automotive industry will be crucial for you to fit into this fast paced and rewarding role. A good working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK, eVHC and 1link would be desirable.
As a Service Advisor, your key responsibilities involve providing our customers with first class customer service and taking care of all their servicing and repair needs, together with working closely with the workshop to ensure all work is completed to schedule.
You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience. You will also have high energy and a positive attitude, with outstanding listening and communication skills, proactively work to find solutions for our customers on the occasions their expectations have not been met. You will be well organised and enjoy working in a busy but fun environment. This role will require you to be highly professional and have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.
