Our client is a successful and forward driven main dealer group and have a requirement for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR for their PREMIUM BRAND business in the MAIDSTONE area. 

Key Objectives for the role:
•To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
•To liase with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards.
•To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
•To maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services
•To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

•To ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
•To maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
•To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency

Applicant’s requirements:
•You must have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade
•You must be a good communicator and have excellent customer satisfaction skills
•You must be efficient, organised and flexible
•You must have a full, valid driving licence
•You must commutable to Canterbury

Pay & Benefits:
•OTE circa £30,000
•Company Pension scheme
•4 weeks holiday per annum
