Our Northampton based client a fanchised main dealer have the excellent opportunity for a enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills along with the ability to verbally communicate clearly and convey information between source and third party. Self-organizational skills and the ability to organise and structure other people’ s working day are essential, as is being able to demonstrate an understanding of targets and the measures needed to achieve them.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree.
Previous Service Advisor experience in a main dealership is preferred for this role or some kind of Motor trade background. You must hold a Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
If you do not have previous Service Advisor experience you must: Be extremely customer focused Have minimum of 1 years Customer Service Experience Keep calm under pressure Have worked to targets/experience in upselling products, and be prepared to work the hours described below.
Monday – Friday 0800-1800
Every other Saturday 0830-1330
Salary: Between 20 and 23k base OTE to 30k
