MOT Centre Service Advisor

£28-30k basic plus bonus

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)

Our client, based in Hildenborough, is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join their growing team independent Service & MOT Centre. Apply with us today! 

Duties & Responsibilities of an Service Advisor: 

• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
• Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Cross selling customer repairs and parts.
• Advising on technical queries or issues.
• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
• Dealing with administrative tasks & invoices.

Your Background & Skill: 

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
• Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and upsell work to the customer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not a must.
