• £26,000 basic salary to start, salary increases each year with.
• Monday to Friday (Full time) with Saturdays paid as overtime @ £90 from 8.00am to 2.00pm (1 in 3).
• Customer satisfaction results bonus which is on average between £70-100 per month.
• Upsell bonuses for consumables average £200-350 per month.
• Ideally a full manual driving licence however they’re flexible with this but you must be happy to learn to drive and do a driving test which they are happy to contribute towards financially.
• Every month there is a phone call reward - the service advisor that answers the most phone calls in a month gets to choose a prize which can be worth up to £300!

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive established Franchise Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Grays area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £32,300.
