Our client a large flagship centre dealership in Solihull Birmingham have the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.

As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.

Previous automotive Vehicle or dealership experience is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license.

In return our client offer an excellent basic salary and bonus scheme as well as ongoing career development opportunities. An OTE of at least 25k is very realistic with this group if you are good at the job!
