Service Advisor (Dealership)
Location: MERTON / MITCHAM
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000pa+ OTE UP TO £36,000 (Salary dependent on experience)
Our client is looking for an energetic team player to join their fantastic dealership team. This company operates using the modern retailing aspect of the industry and is now looking to expand within the service department and is looking for a service advisor to join.
This position involves dealing with the customer as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advising customers on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen. The role requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Roles and Main Responsibilities:
·Customer Satisfaction (CSI): To take responsibility to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average by building trust, communicating well and exceeding customer expectations.
·Product Sales: To actively and professionally promote all ancillary products to achieve targets set by your Manager every day
·Up Sell:To actively promote and fully explain the value of additional work to customers to ensure you maximise the profit generated from the service while maintaining the bond of trust.
·Customer Follow-up: To maintain contact with and follow up every customer of the department to ensure they were completely satisfied, their expectations were met, any issues are addressed and their custom retained.
In order to be considered for this position you will:
·Have previous motor trade experience from a dealership or an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
·Need to have a full understanding of RTC, Kerridge and 1link.
