Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative
A leading Commercial Vehicle group is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at their site in Essex
To provide a service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products, whilst ensuring all customers (email, telephone and in person) of the Essex Dealership are dealt with in a professional and helpful manner.
Working 41.25 hours Mon-Fri (07.00-16.00 and 10.00-17.00) with alternate Saturday mornings paid as overtime.
Experience of working in a main dealer environment is important as is a steady career.
