Time Zero is very pleased to offer a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor who is adaptable and able to work within busy Premium Main Dealer environments.

We are looking for an Experienced Main Dealer Service Advisor who is focused on best practice and able to fit into a team quickly.

This role is quite unique and dynamic as the business that employs you offers short term cover for main dealer businesses. So an ideal candidate will be able to travel to work and carry out Service Advisor duties for a range of brands and fulfil short term contracts. 

The Service Advisor role

Requires seeing 10-15 customers per day, you will be the main point of contact and be able to keep the customer up to date during the progress of their work.

Once invoiced you will hand the vehicle back and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The best Service Advisors are able to multi task and lead the customer through the work carried out. Ensuring any issues or queries are dealt with swiftly and professionally. 

Skills required

·         Previous Service Advisor experience is a must

·         Organised and professional

·         Ability to upsell

·         Ability to work in a fast passed environment

·         A full UK Driving licence, vehicle and willingness to travel

·         Excellent listening and communication skills
