An opportunity has arisen within a progressive, volume group for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR at their car dealership in CUMBRIA.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience within a Service Advisor role in the motor trade, with a confident and outgoing personality. High standards of customer service are a must and the ideal candidate will enjoying being in a customer-facing role. Great communication skills and experience both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.
Much of the role will involve meeting and greeting customers and identifying their service requirements. The ability to spot opportunities for up-sell is essential as is attention to detail to ensure there is a concise stream of communication through to the workshop.
You will need to be extremely organised and computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. If you have some technical knowledge it would be an distinct advantage.
The salary will reflect your experience and skill level, with a great OTE for the right candidate.
