Service Advisor - West Way Nissan, Birmingham South (Tyseley)
West Way Nissan, the largest Nissan dealer group in the UK, has a vacancy for a Service Advisor at its Birmingham South dealership in Tyesley, Birmingham.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a similar field is desired although not essential. A key skill will be the ability to advise customers, both face to face and by telephone, about additional service related products.

- To liaise with all relevant personnel to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- To maximise workshop profit opportunities
- To achieve the Customer Satisfaction objectives and to ensure that the customer is dealt with professionally adhering to the Nissan Standards and dealership procedures
- To welcome all customers at Service reception in a warm and professional manner, qualify their needs; agree service and repair instructions and book vehicle into the workshop
