About the Role
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer facing role. We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Advisor. This is essential for this role. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role. You must also be IT literate. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Depending on the role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
