About the Role
The role of a Service Advisor plays a very important part in our dealership and is critical in helping achieve and maintain our customer service levels.
The main duties of the role include:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between 8.30am-12.30pm.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a Service Advisor role from a dealership background. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service. Previous experience of using Kerridge is essential.
