Service Advisor, Brighton
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Ford dealership in Brighton as a Service Advisor.
As you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, you will need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
You will possess good organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face will require good communication skills. You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
Alternate weeks from 08.00 - 18.00 one week and 8.30 - 18.30 the other, Mon - Fri. Plus 08.00 - 17.00 Saturdays on a rota. 1 in 3. Also late night Thursday until 7.00pm again on a rota 1 in 3.
Salary/bonus dependent on experience and skills.
