Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor at our Burgess Hill site.

The position would suit an existing Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or experienced Service Advisor looking to progress their career within a friendly team environment.

Overseeing both Service Department and internal Parts Departments you will operate a hands-on role within a busy Ford Main Dealer. You will be expected to:

Deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction

*
Drive revenue, control costs and minimise losses

*
Manage workshop loading and output

*
Create and invoice workshop jobsheets

*
Maintain and order parts/stock as required

*
Adhere to Ford Warranty procedures in a supervisory role

*
Manage the service team, training, support and develop team members

*
Deal with customer queries and issues

*
Produce reports and statistics as required

*
Work closely with the Group Service Manager achieve targets in all aspects of the Aftersales role.

Co-ordinate with other departments and specialist repairers

*
Adhere to all Ford Dealer Standards.

Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for an individual with experience working within a franchised dealer environment, history working for Ford and also the Pinnacle DMS would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate should hold a Full UK driving licence

Demonstrate excellent communication skills

*
Have a high level of computer literacy

*
Be able to lead by example and drive results

*
Be able to demonstrate a successful track record within an automotive dealership environment.
