About the Role
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealerships. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills to join our team at Farnell Land Rover Bradford. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer the following day to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
We are looking for you to have previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade as well as excellent communication Skills and IT/PC skills. It is also essential that you have a driving license. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
