Our client a prestige franchised dealership near Hatfield have the requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.
The client is looking for someone that has natural customer facing skills and the maturity to be able to deal with customers. The client will also look at Technicians that would like to progress into service , or someone outside of the trade with proven customer facing experience at a high level and be able to pick up the technical trade terms and understanding of the motortrade.
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm
You must hold a full UK driving license.
In return our client offer a competitive salary of up to 26k, excellent bonus scheme of up to 31k based on team Turnover. There is also a chance of further bonus for excellent CSI scores and service plans.
