Our client a leading franchised dealership based in Luton require a skilled service advisor to join their team.
As a valued member of the service reception team you will be responsible for all aspects of service reception ranging from
> Liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone > Arranging courtesy cars as and when required > Invoicing customers and taking payments via cash, card or account > Liaising between Workshop Control and Customers > Up selling Warranty plans, service plans and extras > Achieving CSI Targets
Candidates will ideally have knowledge of the Kerridge computer system and have previous experience working in the Automotive Industry.
