Our client a franchised motor trade Dealership in Slough are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team.
As a Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
To be considered for this position you must:
Have a Full UK Licence
Previous and relevant experience
Be a confident user of a DMS such as Pinnacle Kerridge power ebbon Dacs
