West London Audi has a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, ambitious and pro-active Service Advisor; we are seeking an exceptional individual to be an integral part of our Aftersales Team. Reporting to the Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our aim ‘getting it right and making it special’.
It is likely that you will be in an existing Service Advisor, familiar with all aspects of the day to day process of the Service Department. You must possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a resilient, mature attitude in a department that consistently demands the use of initiative.
