As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer care at all times for vehicle servicing and repair, representing a renowned prestige franchise within one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.
You will be the principle point of contact for all customer contact, demonstrating your excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with enquiries face to face or over the phone, delivering an exceptional experience to all. You are quick to identify the needs of the customers and opportunities to upsell, whilst working to deadlines and thriving under the pressure of a busy service department. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
You will earn a basic salary of £23,000 per annum / OTE £33,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and various retail discounts.
