Our client a prestige brand dealership in Oxford have the excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills along with the ability to verbally communicate clearly and convey information between source and third party. Self-organizational skills and the ability to organize and structure other people’ s working day are essential, as is being able to demonstrate an understanding of targets and the measures needed to achieve them.
The ideal candidate should possess good technical knowledge and be able to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree.
Previous Service Advisor experience in a main dealership is essential, prestige or luxury brand experience would be highly advantageous but not essential. You must also hold a full UK driving license.
