Full Time, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at our prestige Jaguar retailer in Hull.
Working as part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer’s cars are serviced and repaired to the highest possible standards. The key responsibility of this role is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction as measured against the manufacturer national average.
Maintaining data quality is essential including accurately and vigorously collecting, managing and inputting all customer contact and vehicle data into an IT system to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
Customer follow up will also be required to maintain contact and ensure they were completely satisfied, that their expectations were met, any issues are addressed and their custom retained.
Other duties include:
• Handling enquiries
• Answering incoming calls
• Offering customers products and services
• Performing administrative functions
• Updating client accounts
• Processing customer correspondence
You will be required to maximise profit per customer visit by up-selling and actively and professionally promoting products and explaining the value of additional work to customers. Therefore, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
This role requires a great deal of product knowledge, good communications skills, selling skills and customer service skills.
