We are a family owned business who are currently celebrating 55 years in business this year.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Adviser to work in our busy Service Department at our Ilkeston Toyota Centre.
The ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience in a customer facing role and be able to work well in a fast moving environment, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Exceptional customer handling skills are essential to maintain the excellent relationship we have with our customers.
You will be responsible for dealing with the whole customer experience, from handling incoming service enquiries and booking appointments through to dealing with the customer at vehicle drop off and collection after work has been completed on vehicle.
You will have experience with working on an automotive dealer management system for creating customer bookings and invoicing etc.
This is a Monday - Friday role with alternate Saturday mornings.
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Cars Sales, Automotive Sales, Dealership Front of House, Dealership Reception, Dealership Administration, Automotive Customer Service, Automotive Service Advisor.
