An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Adviser to join our Hyundai franchise at Stafford. You will have a proven track record in service sales, customer satisfaction & team working. You will have the responsibility to meet both franchise and company standards in a service environment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of the roles are as follows:
Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs
Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous manner
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles,
Liaise with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer’s vehicles.
The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, have drive, ambition, and be highly motivated with a vibrant personality and lots of enthusiasm, whilst providing excellent customer service.
