Job Title: Service Administrator / Costing Clerk
Salary: £25'000 to £28,000 per annum
My client, a well established commercial vehicle dealership is actively seeking to employ an Service Administrator / Costing Clerk on a full time basis for their depot in the Dartford area.
Service Administrator / Costing Clerk duties will include:
- Raise invoices for goods as required
- Raise documentation for goods in accordance with customer and quality requirements
- Raise credit notes and process customer returns as required
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of all records as required
- Assist in other areas as required
The Service Administrator / Costing Clerk candidate will have:
- Previous Automotive experience
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate well over the telephone and in writing
- Be proactive, work well independent as well as part of a team
- By proficient in IT
