Service Administrator - Audi Sydenham

The Role

Marshall Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Audi dealership in Sydenham. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Brand Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service and administration skills to keep our service department running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with arranging vehicle servicing appointments
  • Manage courtesy car bookings
  • Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate based on service activity
  • Contribute to a department marketing strategy to promote all products and services
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously and professionally
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
  • Maximise service department profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
  • Maximising customer awareness of all available workshop services

 

Required Skills and Experience

Ideally you would have some experience in a similar Service Advisor role in a franchised dealership, although we will consider individuals with other customer service and administration experience. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following: 

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Intermediate IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A commitment to the Marshall Values of People, Customers, Integrity and Innovation
