We are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to support our team at Land Rover Leeds. Our newly refurbished dealership has state of the art facilities alongside a team who are determined to deliver the high standards of service our customers deserve.
About the Role
The role will involve ensuring invoices are correct and processed accurately. You will be creating vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will be using our internal systems to log work and will be supporting the team with other duties when required.
Experience of working within a Service environment would be preferred but is not essential providing you have proven administration experience. You need to be organised, be able to manage a busy work load, have high levels attention to detail and PC literate. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
