Service Administrator required for a Main Dealership in Cardiff.
Basic Salary £18,000pa & OTE £24,000
Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their team based in Cardiff.
As a Service Administrator, you will be working within a busy back office service department, supporting the service advisor and workshop with various administrative tasks. Your duties will mainly involve preparation of job cards and service documents for vehicles being booked into the workshop, answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the necessary team. You will also be processing invoices and dealing with warranty for the customer, using relevant dealership management systems.
Service Administrator Skills & Qualifications:
·Strong administrative background (ideally in the motor trade)
·Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
·Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
