Following our recent successful results, we are expanding our Sales Department and looking for an ambitious and proactive experienced SALES MANAGER to join our busy and thriving Car Sales Team.

This pressured and demanding role will require a full understanding of all areas of the department and therefore experience within prestige New Car Sales is essential. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and your leadership and communication skills will need to be exceptional. A positive hands-on approach to the role is vital for growing the capability of our Sales Team, as well as the ability to lead and motivate, in order to achieve outstanding results.

SALES MANAGER - You will also be expected to support the General Manager in planning, organising, training and directing the activities of the Sales Department and measuring performance of the team. This high calibre professional needs to be the driving force within the department and lead by example for the Sales Team in both leadership and sales management activities.
