We are recruiting for an Experienced Sales Manager for a Franchised Motor Dealership in the South Yorkshire Area.

If you are a firm but fair, assertive and experienced Sales Manager, who leads by example and who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering exceptional levels of customer service and financial performance by managing and coaching your team, then this fantastic opportunity could be for you.

You will be responsible for the full control of department performance, around income and costs making sure that they are both in line with the business objectives. Managing a team of Sales executives and support staff to increase market share, maximise sales, profitability & margins while delivering on manufacturers targets.

You will be a great communicator who is very organised and who can prioritise workloads. You will also be fully up to date with vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and modern motor trade practices.  You will need to possess class leading selling and marketing techniques gained by experience and a proven recent track record in leadership skills, coaching, motivation and staff/personal development. 

In return this position will be remunerated with a class leading basic salary with an OTE up to £60,000.
