My client is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager accustomed to delivering world class customer service, to join this elegant dealership and contribute to the development of the Sales department.

The Role

  • Responsible for the sales department where you will be required to motivate, encourage and show commitment to the sales team, ensuring they efficiently achieve their targets
  • Required to liaise with the General Manager to agree on plans and budgets for the sales Department
  • Assess the market potential, forecast revenues, merchandise, advertise and promote plans to achieve necessary targets
  • Carry out interviews and selection for the sales department as well as train personnel as and when required
  • Adhere to all company policies in line with existing legislation
  • Utilise the management accounts on a monthly basis to assess the productivity and profitability of the department, identify any issues and create action plans to implement within a given time periods
  • Ensure a high quality of service is provided to all customers by the sales team whilst also ensuring that you are monitoring customer satisfaction ratings
  • Responsible for the display of new and used vehicles ensuring they are correctly priced and hold the correct fuel consumption information
  • Maximise profit and minimise stock costs to the company through the management of new and used stock
  • Ensure complaints are dealt with fairly within a timely manner
  • Accurately prepare and complete F & I documents in accordance with legal requirements
  • To comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
  • Maintain dealership policy and procedures and comply with all quality standards
  • Ensure all Company Health and Safety policies are adhered to within the department

What we are looking for?

  • An articulate individual who takes pride in understanding the needs of HNW customers with an ethos to go above and beyond the usual demands of a sales manager
  • You must well-presented, well-spoken and flexible
  • Extensive prestigious experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver results and strive for success
  • A full UK drivers licence

What they are offering?

An outstanding salary package of £40,000 basic with an OTE of £80,000 - £100,000

Car allowance is provided
