1st Appointment sales manager position in a prestige dealership on offer. The ideal candidate will be a high performing Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager or Transaction Manager with the ability to lead and motivate sales team.
Our client is a well-known and respected Franchised Dealer Group who are looking for a New & Used Car Sales Manager who has the experience of working in a prestige franchise dealership.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
Maximise sales and departmental profitability through tight stock control
Strive to achieve all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team
Achieve maximum, balanced profitability on sales of finance and insurance products
Ensure the implementation and management of the sales and referral processes
Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
It is a requirement that you must have a proven track record of success in a similar position for this opportunity.
