Sales Executive Account Manager - CarMoney

We are currently looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to manage accounts across a range of external Car Dealers, to provide car finance for their customers. The role will require the following:
A strong understanding of financial products and services
Experience working in a contact-centre or sales environment
The ability to deliver 5-star customer service with a smile
Keenness to do whatever it takes on behalf of customers and colleagues
Experience in typical call telesales IT systems
Ease in explaining complex products clearly and concisely
The drive to succeed and to meet both personal and team targets
Great written and spoken communication skills
An existing knowledge of cars would be highly beneficial

The role is based in our modern offices in the East End of Glasgow - 40 hours per week, full time, covering shifts on a 5 out of 7-day rota. You will be expected to sell car finance agreements to Car Dealers via telephone, live chat, email and SMS in an efficient, courteous and professional manor. You will confidently convert on finance leads and should take each customer from acceptance through to successful pay-out.
