To succeed you must have an insatiable desire to produce results, a commitment to excel and be able to build outstanding customer relationships. You will also have a stable working history and your own standards will dictate that you exceed your customers expectations in every element of their buying experience.

Sales Executive - Motor industry or vehicle sales experience would be preferable; however we would consider applicants with a good sales track record outside of the trade.

Role responsibilities

Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve vehicle sales and profit targets;
Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services;
Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and ensure repeat business;
Build rapport with customers and, using sound knowledge, accurately assess their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services;
Negotiate the sale price of the vehicles including possible trade-in values;
Calculate finance payments including cash or car loans;
Create and coordinate customer appointments, schedule test drives and arrange handover appointments; and
Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements.
Working hours

Sales Executive - Typically, our Sales Executives work an average of 5.5 days a week; and we would encourage applicants to discuss their preferred working pattern at interview.
