This busy volume car dealership in Leicester, is seeking an extra Sales Executive to join their motivated and settled sales team. This growing dealer group are an up-and-coming company in the UK market and they are now looking to expand their sales teams across the region to support their continued growth and commitment to the brand and customers alike.
As a Sales Executive you will:
* You will be responsible for welcoming customers to the business and building rapport
* Understand the customers' requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
* Understand and explain the features and benefits of the model range
* Prospect and source potential customers using databases & initiative
* Lead a structured sales process and ensuring complete satisfaction to the customer
Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a car Sales Executive with New or Used Car sales experience. We would be very interested in applicants that have a stable background and are currently working in a franchise car dealership.
With the excellent commission structure this role boasts an achievable OTE of £40,000 (with top earners surpassing this).
