Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are proudly looking to recruit an experienced Sales and After Sales Manager for the Motorcycle Division for one of our clients based in Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall. Our client is a very well-respected Automotive Dealer Group operating prestige franchised businesses.

About you: 

Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be a motivated individual with the ability to show leadership to the sales and service teams, facilitate with individuals providing the right balance of challenge and support. This includes keeping the teams energised, resilient and above all deliver sustainable high performance in their business areas. You will be providing customers with the highest standard of customer care, providing customers with an excellent purchasing experience. You must also be able to offer advice and assistance with finance, insurance and accessory products within the defined operating, and financial guidelines. At the same time, you will be focussed on delivering 100% of set volume & profit targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.  

 

As Sales and Aftersales Manager for Motorcycles you will be part of a successful team responsible for the sales of both new and used motorcycles.  You will be working in a great environment within an established team for a very successful business. Previous experience with motorcycles and a full motorcycle license is essential for this position.  

 

Skills and experience you will bring to the Sales and Aftersales Manager role:  

 

• Previous experience in the motor trade is essential for this role together with the passion to drive a team to achieve the growth objectives for the company and the brand.  

 

• You must be able to display a track record of achieving sales targets, achieving high levels of customer experience within a retail franchised dealership or a similar motorcycle sales role within the industry.   

 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to quickly build genuine lasting rapport with customers.

 

• You must also be able to present and deliver strategic plans to the management and sales teams to assist the business achieve and exceed their objectives.  

 

• You will need a full Motorbike licence with no spent / disqualifications for insurance purposes.
