Our established client is recruiting a Sales Administrator for their fantastic dealership in the heart of Surrey. This is a great opportunity for someone that is readily able to build a rapport with customers and holds a positive attitude.

The Role:

  • Document all sales, ordering, processing vehicle sales
  • Invoicing new and used vehicles
  • Dealing effectively with customers and subcontractors requests
  • Ensuring all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for schedule handover
  • Refunding of customer deposits
  • Maintaining the vehicle stock book on Kerridge
  • Administering finance settlements on car purchases
  • Assisting the sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process
  • Liaising with the service team regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock
  • Ensuring all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to

What we require:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-presented individual
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work well under pressure

What's on offer:

  • A basic salary of £25,000 - £29,000
  • Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, pro-rata
