This family-run franchise dealership have a number of highly successful sites in Wiltshire and are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Adminstrator to join their team. They can offer a fantastic working environment with excellent benefits and support from management.
This busy site offers the sale of both new and used vehicles and has an excellent reputation for providing great service, with many customers returning time and time again. Applications from candidates with experience in Car Dealerships or a similar environment will be welcome. Your main role will be to support the Sales Executives and ensure that all necessary paperwork and adminstration tasks are completed in a timely fashion, sometimes to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have previous automotive sales administration experience, and will possess a good understanding of DMS systems, in particular a working knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle. You must be able to demonstrate an organised, systematic approach to this multi-functional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure at times, providing invaluable support to the Sales Executives and the Business Manager.
