Our client, the BEST motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator

To be successful for this position you will have experience of supporting the Sales Managers with the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles.

You will be responsible for all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle, raising workshop requests, through to the final invoicing.

Duties will also include:

  • Registering vehicles
  • Maintaining vehicle files
  • Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle sales
  • Maintaining and updating our stock and customer database
  • Registering sold vehicles
  • Providing statistical and department related information for the management team
  • Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work

The main responsibilities will include:

Efficient administration of all vehicles for the sales department.

Complete and process vehicle orders.

Provide assistance to the sales department, as required.

The successful candidate needs to be reliable, enthusiastic and personable, and will have previous experience in a similar role

A good understanding of Kerridge/ IVS would be an advantage.

Excellent working conditions together with a host of other employee benefits

Salary - £18k - £20k Depending on experience

Working hours - 8:30am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch

Occasional weekend
